Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 8 slices bacon
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine 2 lbs of ground beef, 1 cup breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup finely chopped onion, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1/4 cup ketchup, 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and wrap the bacon slices around the loaf, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
- Place the bacon-wrapped meatloaf on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes.
- After 45 minutes, brush the meatloaf with 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce and return to the oven for an additional 15 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the meatloaf is cooked through.
- Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
