Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 2 tbsp grated ginger, 2 cloves minced garlic, and 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes.
- Add 2 lbs of chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best results.
- Place the marinated chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the wings are golden brown and crispy, turning once halfway through cooking.
