- 4 pounds pork shoulder

- 1 cup barbecue sauce

- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 tablespoon paprika, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the pork shoulder.
