Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, butter, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  • Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred with two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir to combine with the sauce.
