Ingredients
- 1 pound of turkey breast, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme, and 1/2 teaspoon of dried rosemary.
- Place the sliced turkey breast in a baking dish and pour the olive oil and spice mixture over the turkey, making sure to coat each slice evenly.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the turkey is cooked through.
- Remove the foil and broil for an additional 5 minutes to brown the top of the turkey slices.
