Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
- Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated shrimp, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and red onion onto the soaked wooden skewers, alternating the ingredients.
- Place the shrimp kebabs on the preheated grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove the shrimp kebabs from the grill and serve hot. Enjoy!
