Ingredients
- 3 quarts water
- 1/2 cup Old Bay seasoning
- 2 pounds small red potatoes
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 6 ears corn, halved
- 2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring 3 quarts of water and 1/2 cup of Old Bay seasoning to a boil.
- Add the red potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the smoked sausage and corn, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink and cooked through.
- Drain the pot and transfer the contents to a large serving platter.
- Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
