Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 3 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 tbsp of fajita seasoning
- 1 lime, juiced
- 8 small flour tortillas
- Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, guacamole, shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp of fajita seasoning with 3 tbsp of olive oil and the juice of 1 lime.
