Instructions

  • Add 2 pounds of corn on the cob and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Add 2 pounds of large shrimp, 2 pounds of snow crab legs, 1 pound of sliced Andouille sausage, 4 halved ears of garlic, and 2 halved lemons to the pot.
  • Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and the crab legs are heated through.
  • Using a slotted spoon, transfer the seafood, potatoes, corn, and sausage to a large serving platter or directly onto a table lined with newspaper.
  • Melt 1 stick of butter and pour over the seafood boil pot.
  • Season with salt to taste.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
