Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 4 sausage patties
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 biscuits
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cook the sausage patties in a skillet over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your desired doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Split the biscuits in half and place them on a baking sheet. Spread the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter on the cut sides of the biscuits.
- Place the biscuits in the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove the biscuits from the oven and assemble the sandwiches by placing a sausage patty, a cooked egg, and a slice of cheddar cheese on the bottom half of each biscuit. Top with the other half of the biscuit.
