Instructions

  • Split the biscuits in half and place them on a baking sheet. Spread the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter on the cut sides of the biscuits.
  • Place the biscuits in the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Remove the biscuits from the oven and assemble the sandwiches by placing a sausage patty, a cooked egg, and a slice of cheddar cheese on the bottom half of each biscuit. Top with the other half of the biscuit.
