- 1 lb Italian sausage, casings removed

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed

- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 8 minutes.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the onion is softened.
