Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
- Season the salmon fillets with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon honey to make the dill sauce.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the salmon fillets to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
