Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Cut the salmon into small chunks and place in a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped.
  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped salmon, bread crumbs, green onions, egg, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into 4 patties and place on a plate. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to firm up.
  • In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and sriracha sauce to make the spicy mayo.
  • Grill the salmon patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  • Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  • Spread the spicy sriracha mayo on the bottom half of each bun. Place a salmon patty on top, and garnish with lettuce and tomato.
  • Serve the spicy sriracha salmon burgers immediately and enjoy!
