  • In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, and olive oil to create a marinade.
  • Season the wild boar loin with salt and pepper, then rub the marinade all over the loin, ensuring it is evenly coated.
  • Place the marinated wild boar loin in a roasting pan and roast in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare or 160°F (71°C) for medium.
  • Once cooked, remove the wild boar loin from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Slice the roasted wild boar loin and serve with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
