Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of honey, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme, and 1/2 teaspoon of paprika to create the honey glaze.
  • Place the whole chicken in a roasting pan and arrange the sliced apples around it.
