Ingredients
- 8 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a small bowl, mix 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme, and 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano.
- Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the chicken thighs and rub to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle the spice mixture over the chicken thighs, making sure to coat both sides.
- Roast the chicken thighs in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let the chicken thighs rest for 5 minutes before serving.
