Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss 1 lb of trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are crispy and golden brown, stirring once halfway through.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese over the roasted Brussels sprouts and return to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot. Enjoy!
