  • Add a few drops of food coloring to each part of butter to create red, yellow, green, and blue colored butter.
  • Spread each colored butter onto one side of each slice of bread.
  • Place a slice of cheddar, mozzarella, and Swiss cheese on the non-buttered side of 3 slices of bread.
  • Add 2 slices of cooked bacon on top of the cheese.
  • Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side facing out.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the skillet and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
