  • Divide the dough into 5 equal parts. Leave one part plain and dye the other parts with assorted food coloring to create a rainbow effect.
  • Roll each colored dough into a long rope and then twist the ropes together to form a rainbow pattern. Pinch the ends to seal the ropes together and form a bagel shape.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Let the bagels rise for 15 minutes.
  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Boil the bagels for 1 minute on each side, then remove and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
