Ingredients
- 3 cups of all-purpose flour
- 2 1/4 teaspoons of active dry yeast

- 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt

- 1 cup of mixed fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, pineapple)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, dissolve 1 tablespoon of sugar in the warm water. Sprinkle the yeast over the water and let it sit for 5 minutes until it becomes foamy.
- Add the flour, remaining sugar, and salt to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 5 equal parts. Leave one part plain and dye the other parts with different food coloring to create a rainbow effect.
- Knead each colored dough separately for 5 minutes, then let them rise in separate greased bowls for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll each dough into a long rope and twist the ropes together to form a rainbow pattern. Shape the twisted dough into bagels and let them rest for 10 minutes.
- Boil a large pot of water and carefully drop the bagels in, boiling for 1 minute on each side. Remove and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake the bagels for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- While the bagels are baking, prepare the fresh fruit by washing and cutting into bite-sized pieces.
- Once the bagels are done, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
