  • 4 burger buns

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine 1 cup of cooked quinoa, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup finely chopped onion, 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  • Mix in 1 beaten egg until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with oil.
