Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a donut pan with coconut oil.
  • In a large bowl, mix together 1 cup of almond flour, 1/2 cup of vanilla protein powder, 1/4 cup of coconut sugar, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  • Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each mold about 2/3 full.
