Ingredients
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 1/2 cup of vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup of coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a donut pan with coconut oil.
- In a large bowl, mix together 1 cup of almond flour, 1/2 cup of vanilla protein powder, 1/4 cup of coconut sugar, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each mold about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the donuts spring back when lightly touched.
- Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
