  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Using a sharp knife, make a pocket in each chicken breast by slicing horizontally through the thickest part, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  • Season the inside of each chicken breast with garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Place 4 asparagus spears and 2 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese inside each chicken breast pocket.
  • Wrap 2 slices of prosciutto around each stuffed chicken breast, making sure to cover the entire surface.
  • Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until the prosciutto is crispy.
  • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
