- 1 pre-made pizza dough
- 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of gorgonzola cheese
- 1/2 cup of fontina cheese
- 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes.
- Brush the olive oil mixture over the rolled-out pizza dough.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella, gorgonzola, fontina, and parmesan cheeses evenly over the pizza dough.
- Transfer the pizza to a baking sheet or pizza stone and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
