Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza dough
- 1/2 cup of basil pesto
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup of sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup of fresh basil leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Roll out the pre-made pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Spread 1/2 cup of basil pesto evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese over the pesto.
- Evenly distribute 1/2 cup of sliced cherry tomatoes, 1/4 cup of sliced black olives, and 1/4 cup of sliced red onion on top of the cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle with fresh basil leaves.
