  • Fold the dough over the filling to create a half-moon shape and press the edges firmly to seal.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 375°F.
  • Carefully add the filled dough to the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove the fried pizza from the oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
