Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup pimento cheese spread
- 8 slices bacon
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce, tomato, and onion for topping
Instructions
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
- Brush the burger patties with olive oil and place on the grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, top each burger patty with 2 tablespoons of pimento cheese and allow it to melt.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers by placing the pimento cheese-topped patties on the bottom buns, then adding 2 slices of bacon, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Top with the remaining bun halves.
- Serve the pimento cheese bacon burgers immediately and enjoy!
