Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup pimento cheese spread
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties. Season with salt and pepper.
