Ingredients
- 4 beef tenderloin steaks, 6 oz each
- 2 tbsp whole black peppercorns
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt

- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
