Korean

Pepero is a popular Korean snack that resembles a thin stick, usually coated in chocolate or other flavors. It was first created in 1983 by the Korean company Lotte Confectionery. The snack is often exchanged on Pepero Day, a holiday in South Korea similar to Valentine's Day, where people give Pepero sticks to express affection for one another. The snack has since gained popularity worldwide and comes in various flavors such as almond, strawberry, and cookies and cream. In South Korea, there are even Pepero-themed cafes and restaurants where chefs incorporate the snack into desserts and drinks, offering a unique and delightful experience for Pepero enthusiasts. For the best Pepero experience, visiting South Korea and trying the various flavors and creations is a must.
