Penne with Sausage and Broccoli is a classic Italian pasta dish that originated in the southern regions of Italy. This hearty and flavorful dish combines al dente penne pasta with savory Italian sausage and tender broccoli florets, all tossed in a garlic-infused olive oil or tomato-based sauce. Chefs and home cooks alike have put their own spin on this dish, adding ingredients like red pepper flakes, Parmesan cheese, and fresh herbs to enhance the flavors.
