Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.
- In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of creamy peanut butter, 1/2 cup of honey, and 1/4 cup of unsalted butter. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in 2 cups of old-fashioned oats, 1/2 cup of chopped peanuts, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt until everything is evenly mixed.
- Press the mixture into the prepared baking pan, using a spatula to smooth the top.
