  • In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of creamy peanut butter, 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, and 1/2 cup of brown sugar. Mix until well combined.
  • Add 1 egg and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the peanut butter mixture. Mix until smooth.
