Instructions

  • Spread 2 tablespoons of peanut butter on 2 slices of bread.
  • Place the sliced bananas on top of the peanut butter.
  • Spread the remaining 2 tablespoons of peanut butter on the other 2 slices of bread and place them on top of the bananas to form 2 sandwiches.
  • Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter to the skillet before flipping the sandwiches to cook the other side.
  • Remove from the skillet and let cool for a minute before slicing in half.
