- 2 pounds of baby potatoes, halved

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss 2 pounds of halved baby potatoes with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 4 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh rosemary, and 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh thyme. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
