Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow dish, combine 1 cup of panko breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon of dried parsley, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Brush each salmon fillet with 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil, then press the fillets into the panko mixture, coating both sides evenly.
- Place the coated salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
- Serve the panko-crusted salmon with lemon wedges and enjoy!
