Instructions

  • Season the sea bass fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp of olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Once the skillet is hot, carefully add the sea bass fillets, skin side down. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden brown.
  • Carefully flip the fillets and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add 4 tbsp of unsalted butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in the chopped parsley, chives, and dill, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  • Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the fresh lemon juice.
  • Pour the herb butter sauce over the pan-seared sea bass fillets and serve immediately.
