Instructions

  • Season the sea bass fillets with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
  • In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the sea bass fillets to the skillet, skin side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy. Flip the fillets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the fish is cooked through and easily flakes with a fork. Remove the fillets from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add 4 cloves of minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
