Ingredients
- 2 oz tequila
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 3 oz grapefruit soda
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1 tbsp coarse salt
- Ice
Instructions
- Pour the coarse salt onto a small plate.
- Rub the rim of a glass with the juiced lime, then dip the rim into the salt to coat it.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz tequila, 1/2 oz lime juice, and 1/2 oz simple syrup. Shake well.
- Strain the tequila mixture into the salt-rimmed glass over the ice.
- Top off with 3 oz grapefruit soda and stir gently.
