Ingredients
- 1 package of frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
- 12 fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface into a 12x12 inch square. Cut the pastry into 6 equal squares.
- Place a small handful of chocolate chips and a few slices of strawberries in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the pastry over the filling to form a triangle and press the edges to seal. Place the pastries on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the pastries with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastries are golden brown and puffed up.
