Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface into a 12x12 inch square. Cut the pastry into 6 equal squares.
  • Place a small handful of chocolate chips and a few slices of strawberries in the center of each pastry square.
  • Fold the pastry over the filling to form a triangle and press the edges to seal. Place the pastries on the prepared baking sheet.
