  • 1/4 cup chicken or seafood broth
  • Steamed jasmine rice, for serving

Instructions

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and chopped chilies, and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the mixed seafood to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until just cooked through.
  • Add the holy basil leaves to the wok and stir-fry for another minute until wilted.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and broth. Pour this sauce over the seafood and stir-fry for another minute to combine and heat through.
  • Remove the wok from the heat and serve the Pad Krapow Talay immediately with steamed jasmine rice.
