- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat with cooking spray.
- In a shallow dish, combine 1 cup of panko breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Place 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour in another shallow dish, and beat 2 eggs in a third shallow dish.
- Coat each chicken tender in the flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the panko mixture, pressing gently to adhere. Place the coated tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
- Lightly spray the top of the chicken tenders with cooking spray to help them brown in the oven.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden and crispy.
