- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat it with cooking spray.
- In a shallow dish, combine 1 cup of panko breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.

- Lightly spray the top of the chicken tenders with cooking spray to help them brown in the oven.
