Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/4 cup white miso paste, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon grated ginger, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to make the glaze.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour half of the glaze over the chicken. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the used marinade.
  • Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), basting with the remaining glaze during the last few minutes of grilling.
  • Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving. Enjoy!
