Instructions

  • Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until no longer pink in the center, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Reduce the heat to low and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and unsalted butter until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  • Add the cooked fettuccine and cooked chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
