- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1/2 cup of Nutella
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Thaw the puff pastry according to package instructions, then roll it out on a lightly floured surface to smooth out any creases.
- Spread the Nutella evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Arrange the sliced bananas on top of the Nutella.
- Brush the edges of the pastry with the beaten egg to help seal the pastry.
- Carefully fold the edges of the pastry over the bananas, creating a border to contain the filling.
- Brush the folded edges with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Transfer the prepared puff pastry to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
