  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or grease with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of flour, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of melted butter, 2 eggs, and 1 cup of milk.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Gently fold in 1 1/2 cups of blueberries.
  • Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
  • Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
