Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup of fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 slices of bacon
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together 1 cup of chopped spinach, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Using a sharp knife, carefully cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast. Be careful not to cut all the way through.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach and mozzarella mixture, dividing it evenly among the 4 breasts.
- Wrap 2 slices of bacon around each stuffed chicken breast, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
- Place the bacon-wrapped chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
- Remove the toothpicks before serving.
