Instructions

  • In a glass, muddle 6-8 fresh mint leaves with 2 teaspoons of white sugar and 1 oz of fresh lime juice until the mint is bruised and releases its aroma.
  • Fill the glass with 1 cup of crushed ice.
  • Pour in 2 oz of white rum and stir well to combine.
  • Top off the glass with 2 oz of club soda and gently stir again.
  • Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a lime wedge.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
