  • In a separate skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the pork belly slices and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • Cook the fresh ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and divide the noodles among 4 serving bowls.
  • Ladle the warm miso broth over the noodles in each bowl. Top with the cooked pork belly slices, soft-boiled eggs, green onions, nori seaweed, and any optional toppings such as corn kernels and bean sprouts.
